Lessons

What types of lessons are available?

Hokuto New York offers classes for early childhood education (ECE) in either a Japanese setting or a bilingual setting (Japanese & English). We have a curriculum deigned for Pre-K3, Pre-K4 and Kindergarten, and will match your child with the curriculum which best suits your child’s age and development. We provide group (up to 5 students) and private lessons.

What should I do if I want to cancel the lesson?

You can reschedule the class. Please let us know by 5:00 p.m. of the day before.

How do you schedule lessons?

Please select a day and time that is convenient for you and we will arrange a timing for the lesson.

Lesson fees

Are there any other fees besides the lesson fee?

There is an enrollment fee and a monthly fee for class materials.
Details regarding fees will be explained during the trial lesson.

What is the payment method?

We accept credit card payments.

Contracts

Can the contract be cancelled?

You can cancel the contract effective for the next month if you notify us by the 20th of the previous month.
